FAQ
FAQ about discount codes
Find answers to the most common questions about using discount codes, what the metrics mean, and how Discodoo works.
How do I use a discount code?
Copy the code on Discodoo and paste it at checkout in the shop (often labelled “discount code”, “voucher code”, or “promo code”). The discount is applied according to the offer terms.
Are the codes checked?
Yes. We check codes regularly and mark recently tested ones as “Verified” or “Works 100%”. If a code no longer works, you can let us know via the contact page.
Do I need to register to use discounts?
No. You can copy discount codes and redeem them directly in the shop. “Used X times” only shows how often the code was shown from Discodoo.
What does the success rate mean?
The success rate shows how many users redeemed the code successfully after clicking. The higher the percentage, the more reliable the code. We use this to highlight the most dependable offers.
Do shops pay to appear on Discodoo?
Some links are affiliate links: if you buy after clicking, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. Details are in the privacy policy.Privacy policy
How often are codes updated?
We add and update discount codes daily. Reports of broken or expired codes take priority. You can report faulty codes via “Report expired code”.
What is the difference between a discount code and a voucher code?
Both mean the same alphanumeric code at checkout. Shops label the field “discount code”, “voucher code”, or “promo code” depending on the offer. On Discodoo we use both terms for the same saving.
What is the difference between a code and an offer?
You copy a discount code and enter it at payment. An offer opens via a link—the discount is often applied automatically. Both types are clearly labelled.
Can I use multiple discount codes on one order?
It depends on the shop. Usually only one discount code per order is allowed. Check the shop’s terms or checkout to see if multiple codes are possible.
What if a code does not work?
Click “Report expired code” on the page or use our contact page. We can remove or update the code—helping you and other users.
